How long does the promotion run for?
The Escape from Tarkov Twitch Drops 2024 start on August 23, 2024 and run until August 26, 2024.
- Start: August 23, 2024 – 3 pm (GMT+1)
- End: August 26, 2024 – 3 pm (GMT+1)
How long do I have to watch to get the EFT Twitch Drops?
You can receive up to 6 drops every day, but you have to watch for up to 9 hours:
- Common Drop 1 – watch 1 hour 30min
- Common Drop 2 – watch 3 hours
- Rare Drop 1 – watch 4 hours 30min
- Rare Drop 2 – watch 6 hours
- Legendary Drop 1 – watch 7 hours 30min
- Legendary Drop 2 – watch 9 hours
What exactly do you get with the Twitch Drops?
Apart from the developers, nobody knows exactly what is hidden in the Twitch Drops item pool. However, you will always be sent a Twitch Drops loot box in Escape from Tarkov.
You then have to collect it from the mail system and open it in your inventory.
According to current information, it contains various weapons, ammunition, healing items and also high-quality items such as graphics cards or LED X. The higher the rarity level of the drop, the better the loot.
Escape from Tarkov Twitch Drops – How to connect the accounts
- Log in to the official Escape from Tarkov website – click here.
- Visit your profile page.
- If you have a version of Escape from Tarkov, you will find the “Link Twitch account” button on the right-hand side of the page.
- Click on the button and you will be redirected to Twitch.tv, where the page will ask for your consent to link your Twitch account.
- If you have done everything correctly, you will now find the new purple button “Unlink Twitch account” on the Escape from Tarkov profile page.
As a precaution, log in to Twitch again and call up one of the participating streams – and then you can receive the drops.

Which streamer can I watch when for the EFT Twitch Drops?
Unlike in the previous promotions, there are two slots per day where certain streamers have previously activated the drops in your channel.
- Slot 1 – 15:00 (GMT+1) to 02:59 (GMT+1)
- Slot 2 – 03:00 (GMT+1) to 14:59 (GMT+1)
You can also see whether a streamer is taking part in the promotion on this day if the tag “Drops activated” is displayed under their stream and/or if “Drops” is mentioned in the stream title.
